When ASE was founded in 1985, the company's vision was set on the future. The future of highly integrated and coordinated services for the banking and commercial industry segments.
Our roots are set deep in the belief that a Northeast company could better meet the needs of the region than the giants of the industry. More than 30 years ago the industry was dominated by two major, national companies. Our vision was to create a local company with the resources, talent, experience and business ethics that could match, or better the national firms.
